ADME Test Kits

Sovicell’s ready-to-use TRANSIL kits address key preclinical questions in binding, distribution, and permeability through standardized workflows that reduce hands-on effort and improve reproducibility. TRANSIL Technology Platform
For more than 20 years, Sovicell’s TRANSIL technology platform has supported reliable measurement of binding, membrane interaction, and permeability-related properties. The platform uses immobilized biological matrices on high-surface-area beads to enable rapid equilibration and straightforward downstream quantification by LC-MS/MS. Because no filter or dialysis membrane is required, TRANSIL assays avoid common artefacts such as non-specific binding to membranes while offering a practical way to assess the physical behavior of small molecules, peptides, and other challenging compounds.
